Everyone’s a Winner All YMCA Youth Sports programs are based on the YMCA’s“Everybody Plays, Everybody Wins!” philosophy. No matter what your child’s age or ability, he or she will learn character values, sportsmanship, and valuable new skills as a member of YMCA Youth Sports.

Youth Baseball

IT’S A HOME RUN
YYMCA Youth Baseball classes and leagues are age-appropriate and emphasize skill development and good sportsmanship in an encouraging environment. Baseball and softball camps offered focus on hitting, pitching, catching, fielding, conditioning and leadership in a small group environment.

The YMCA Youth Sports Program helps kids become not only better players, but better people as well. It’s a progressive program, with multiple age-specific levels. Every child gets to play and the games are safe, exciting and fun. We encourage fair play, positive competition, and family involvement.

BASKETBALL

YMCA Youth Basketball is for boys and girls. Participants will learn the fundamentals of the sport in addition to learning how to play the game in a competitive manner. The program is designed to develop each participant’s skill set in the following areas: ball-handling, passing, shooting, dribbling, as well attaining a solid basketball foundation, while learning how to apply aggressive defensive skills in a manner that is basketball appropriate.

Maple Hill Swim Team Fall

The YMCA Maple Hill Swim Team provides advanced swimmers with instruction, skill development and competition in a supportive environment that emphasizes character development, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. The Maple Hill Stingrays swim in Y of USA sanctioned swim meets. The Stingrays will work on advanced swim technique, endurance and stroke for competition.

Times:
Tuesday/Thursday/Fridays from 3:30pm-5:30pm
Advanced Group Saturday from 7am-9am (Coach approval required)

Youth Soccer

KICK IT WITH US
YMCA Youth Soccer builds healthy kids and offers one of the best ways for a child to get in shape through youth sports. Children will learn the fundamentals of the sport and engage in competition with other teams in a fun and supportive environment that emphasizes character development, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. Your child will also build self-confidence, improve their flexibility and increase their social skills, as well as their energy and stamina, while being a part of the team!
